Our Company Policy
As a customer, you have many shopping options. We appreciate this opportunity to serve you. Our primary goal is to provide you a pleasurable shopping experience. We believe that customer loyalty is earned and should never be taken for granted. As a company, we are committed to achieving that goal.

Our Guarantee
Your complete satisfaction is guaranteed. Every product we ship is warranted to have the look and value represented on our site. If you or your gift recipient are not completely satisfied with the quality of the delivered product or if it was damaged in transit, it will be replaced. In some cases, we will offer a partial credit or full refund. If a full refund is demanded, we may at our discretion, ask that the item be returned. If a gift is to be shipped to a HOSPITAL, HOTEL, COLLEGE, or any similar locations, where delivery is attempted to the street address provided by the sender, on the date specified, there is no guarantee that the package will be delivered to the intended recipient or company. We assume no liability for product that is lost within the delivery building, fails to be delivered by the employees or arrives after the recipient has vacated the premises. We do not offer any guarantee under these circumstances.

We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card. Your credit card will be charged at the point of purchase online. We do not collect any credit card information. All credit card transaction are handled through our shopping cart provided by an outside entity such as PayPal, Stripe or a Merchant Manager. All products are covered by our guarantee and will be replaced or refunded if they arrive damaged. (We reserve the right to have the gift inspected by the carrier.) Due to the perishable nature of our gift selections, please do not return the item. If the gift you received does not meet your expectations, please report it within two (2) business days of receipt for a replacement or a complete refund.

Claims for credit, due to incorrect address information will not be honored. Furthermore, customers will incur any additional fees charged by the carrier for address corrections.

We offer a wide variety of products. At times if a product or choice is not available, we reserve the right to substitute with another selection of equal or greater value. At times, certain gift basket components may become unavailable or discontinued. As with other products, we reserve the right to make substitutions with items of equal or greater value.

General Shipping Information
We use the services of USPS, FEDEX, USP and local couriers to ship our products. There are many shipping options to choose from:
• Standard Ground Service
• Next Day Air / Overnight Service
• Second Day Air
• Express 2-3 Day
We ship all of our product using standard ground service unless you specify differently when ordering your basket. Shipping arrival dates are estimated between 2-5 business days and will vary depending upon the destination. Shipping arrival dates do not include weekends or holidays when determining the number of days in transit. If a specific arrival date is required, we suggest using Overnight, 2nd day or Express 3-day shipping options. Website orders placed by 12 noon EST will be shipped our the same day. Website orders placed after 12 noon will be shipped the next business day. Website orders placed on Friday after 12 noon will not ship until Monday (next business day).

We ship locally, nationally (50 States) and internationally. When shipping to the following destinations special requirements may be needed.
• P O Boxes
• APO / FPO (military addresses)
• Alaska & Hawaii
• Internationally
We will contact you if special requirements are necessary. There may be additional fees or charges for the special shipping requirements.

Late Delivery
A limited guarantee is implied for all 2-day 2-3 day express and overnight shipments. If the parcel carrier fails to deliver your package on the requested day, your shipping charges will be refunded. The refund policy does not cover:
• Acts of God (includes weather)
• An act of War
• Ground shipments (arrival dates are estimated)
• High seasonal shipping volume (Christmas, Valentines Day ect,)

In the event that incorrect address information has been supplied any additional fees charged by the carrier will be charged to you. In the event that a delivery cannot be made with the supplied information and returned to us, the shipping costs will not be refunded to you and any additional fees from the carrier may be charged to you.
